If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a different product, we unfortunately do not offer refunds. Returns and exchanges take 7 to 21 days to fully process from the day we receive the returned product.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Send an email to email@example.com with the following details -
- Customer information (name and surname)
- Order details and ID
- Reason for the return
- Preferred course of action - you can choose either store credit or exchange for a different product
- Confirm address you want the item collected from
- Shopapolitan will courier all items directly to your specified address, either home or office.
- Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days of full payment being received by Shopapolitan.
- Delivery costs are dependant on the delivery address specified at checkout - the cost of delivery will be specified at checkout.
- Once the order has been recieved for dispatch, you will be sent tracking details so you can track your order.
- Any issues with the order, delivery or product can be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Payments on Shopapolitan can be made safely and securely.
- We offer a wide array of payment options - Card, Masterpass, Mobicred, Zapper, Snapscan and EFT.
- As we strive for a cashless economy, we unfortunately don't offer cash on delivery.
